KARACHI: The Pakistan Refinery Limited (PRL) on Monday said that it was not a public sector company nor under the administrative control of the petroleum ministry. PRL is a private limited company run by an independent board representing major shareholding of Shell, Chevron and PSO, the company said in a statement. The News regrets to have mentioned Ijaz Ali Khan, Managing Director PRL, as one of the officials who will be removed under the government plans to change the managements of state-run oil and gas companies.
